CHICAGO CUBS GAME WITH THE GIRLS

Friday, April 30th went with girls to Cub's Game.  Weather was perfect, Cub's played Great with several

home runs hit.  Dancing afterwards and then homeward bound.  Was a Great day.

HEADING TO THE INDY 500 THIS WEEKEND!!!!!!

Little 500 in Bloomington

Went to the Little 500 in Bloomington.  Started with concert by Snoop Dog,
it was held outside on the Bloomington Campus.  Snoop Dog was one artist
that sounds like his original music and he put on a great show. You could
smell the weed in the air from every angle and he ended his show with
three things to remember.  One when you first wake up in the morning,
always brush your teeth, two thank God for giving you another day, and
three smoke some weed.  The crowd went crazy.  I must confess the entire weekend was covered by security on every corner, even entering
the apartment complex. Off to the bike race the next day and all went
well till near the end when a down pour of rain hit, and I mean down pour.

Fun weekend and if you have never been, it should be on the bucket list

of things to do......

CHICAGO  SPRING BREAK 2010 went to see the Billy Elliot Broadway first week in April with Paige
& Russ.  The show is one of the best Broadway shows I have ever seen, the young boys dancing were

amazing and so very talented.

Bomb threat on Carnival Cruise

On the Cruise to the Bahamas an inebriated person mentioned a bomb, we had seen this group
the night prior to the 5:30 AM so were not to concerned and spent the five hours on boat, resting
and eating until the FBI and the Coast Guard arrived and released the boat to dock.

Luck have it, we were staying for two more nights, so did not have a  flight to catch! 

Next to Chicago for Spring Break taking daughter to Shop then a nice dinner followed by a  Broadway
show Billy Elliot'

Easter Sunday and I started with Church, followed by a really nice
dinner and day with my Family!!! Wish everyday we could be eating like this.....but stuffed and ready to
relax...Love Spring and being out working on my Flower Garden and yard.  Want to get some climbing
rose bushes this year!  Decorating Lake house in Michigan as living here year round and it really is a Summer
house needing work.  I love Rachel Ashwell's Shabby Chic, comfy white with pastels, she has a 
lovely blog worth looking at to inspire the imagination.

Bahamas Cruise 2010

Spent some time on a Ship enjoying sunshine on the Carnival Sensation with some very close
friends.   This was my second cruise with them and I laugh so hard just watching all of them
in action.  We spent a day in the Bahamas and took a van over to the Atlantis and ended

the evening at Senor Frogs. 

TRONCONES BEACH

WE BID ON A ROOM AT LOS SUENOS IN TRONCOMES, THE AUCTION TO BENEFIT CHILDREN OF ZIHUATANEJO.  TRONCOMES IS A 45 MINUTE DRIVE FROM ZIHAU.
AND IS WELL KNOWN BY SURFERS.  IT IS A BEAUTIFUL STRIP OF BEACH ON A DIRT ROAD, WHICH IS NOT WELL KNOWN YET!  IT HAS A FEW LOVELY PRIVATELY OWNED
